There are four bathrooms (two on each floor) and seven bedrooms. Each of the seven bedrooms has 1 double bed. Three bedrooms are upstairs and four are downstairs. The remaining rooms are - a full kitchen, living/dining room combination with a pull-down double wall bed. The Guest Villa is equipped with a full-sized dishwasher, washer, and a dryer. It has three and a half bathrooms. Five rooms are bedrooms – two with a king size bed, two with two double beds in each, and one with a set of twin beds. The remaining rooms are a living room, dining room, full-kitchen and a screened porch overlooking the back yard. The Chestnut Cottage is equipped with a full-sized dishwasher, washer, and a dryer.
