Of course there doesn't have to be 8 of you; anyone that wants more privacy and extra space is welcome to enjoy one of these large units. Situated across the street from the ocean, these ground level one and two-story establishments are the perfect choice for groups, families and multiple families staying together. They provide the comforts of home because most appliances and necessities are at your disposal. Aunt Nettie's Cottage: Cottage with 4 rooms and 2 baths. There is a living/dining room combination and a separate kitchen area. There are 3 bedrooms- one with 2 double beds, one with a double bed, and one with a single and double bed. Smoking is permitted, and the maximum occupancy is 12.

Guest Villa: Two-story, free standing villa that includes 9 rooms, 4 baths, and a very large sun deck. There is a living/dining room combination with a pull-out couch and a full kitchen. There are 7 bedrooms, each has 1 double bed. This unit includes a washer and dryer. Smoking is permitted and the maximum occupancy is 17.

Guest House: Free standing beach house with 10 rooms, 4 baths, and a spacious front and back yard with picnic tables and outdoor grilles. There is a living room, dining room, full kitchen, and a screened porch overlooking the back yard. There are 6 bedrooms- one with a king size bed, two with 1 double bed, one with 2 double beds, one with a double bed and twin bed, and one with a set of bunk beds. This unit includes washer and dryer. Smoking is permitted, and the maximum occupancy is 16.

Chestnut Cottage: Free standing cottage with 7 rooms, 3.5 baths, and a spacious front and back yard with picnic tables and outdoor grilles. There is a living room, dining room, full kitchen, and a screened porch overlooking the back yard. There are 5 bedrooms- two with king size beds, two with 2 double beds, and one with 2 twin beds. This unit includes washer and dryer. Smoking is permitted, and the maximum occupancy is 17.

Sandfiddler Cottage: Duplex cottage with 5 rooms and 3 baths. There is a spacious living room with a pull-down double wall bed and a separate kitchen with dining area. There are 3 bedrooms- two with king size beds, and one with 2 double beds. This unit includes a washer and dryer. Smoking is permitted and the maximum occupancy is 11.

Uncle Arlen's Cottage: Cottage with 4 rooms and 2 baths. There is a living/dining room combination with a pull-down double wall bed and a separate kitchen area. There are 3 bedrooms- one with a double bed, and two with 2 double beds. This unit includes a washer and dryer. Smoking is permitted and the maximum occupancy is 13.

Uncle Leroy's Cottage: Two-story cottage with 5 rooms and 3 baths. There is a living/dining room combination and a separate kitchen area. There are 4 bedrooms- three with 2 double beds, and one with a double bed. Smoking is permitted and the maximum occupancy is 15.

Grandpa Leon's Cottage: Cottage with 3 rooms and 2 baths. There is a living/dining room combination with a pull-down double wall bed and a separate kitchen area. There are 2 bedrooms- one with 2 double beds, and one with a double bed. This unit includes a washer and dryer. Smoking is permitted and the maximum occupancy is 9.

Grandpa Rozier's Cottage: Cottage with 3 rooms and 2 baths. There is a living/dining room combination with a pull-down double wall bed, and a separate kitchen area.
