Check in time is 4:00 PM or later. During peak occupancy periods, check in may be delayed an hour or more. Check out time is 11:00 AM except for Saturday and Sunday in June, July and August when it is 10:00 AM.

At check in you will be required to provide the license tag number(s), make, color, and model of each vehicle in your party. You will also need to provide the driver’s license (photo I.D.) of each adult in your party.

There are coffee makers in every room but coffee and coffee filters are not provided. Both of these can be purchased at our Quick Stop Grocery or you may bring filters and your favorite coffee from home.

No. Pack your favorite hairdryer however, there is a limited supply available in case you forget yours from home.

Of course. Pets are a part of the family too. There are specific units reserved for those who have pets and certain units where pets are not allowed. The pet fee is $50.00 per pet per stay is not refundable.

Yes. Sea Mist has a laundromat located at the resort on the Oceanside of 13th Avenue. In addition, some of our units have washers and dryers.

Yes. You can purchase a gift certificate anytime of the year for any package or just regular room rate. Many of our guests purchase certificates for birthdays, Mother’s and Father’s Day gifts, anniversary’s, Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Years and more.

At Sea Mist, a kitchenette has an upright refrigerator, microwave, stove, toaster oven, electric coffee pot, pots and utensils.

Personal checks are accepted for advance deposits, but must be received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Personal checks are not accepted at the Front Desk.

Sea Mist Water Park is a private Water Park for Sea Mist registered guests only. So your friend can come along if staying at Sea Mist.

Yes, a maximum of 1 parking pass per bed will be issued at check-in. Non-Sea Mist guests must check in at the front desk for a special visitation parking pass.

Graco Pack 'n Plays are available for $7 plus tax per day. Rollaways are available for $9 plus tax per day. Please let your reservationist know if you wish to have either one of these provided.

At least one occupant of each room must be 21 years of age and provide identification stating such. Reservations made circumventing this policy will not be honored.

A deposit of 30% of the total room charge is required for each reservation. Reservations without an advance deposit will be canceled.

Advance deposits for reservations canceled or changed 14 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date will be refunded, less a $25 service charge per reservation. Advance deposits for reservations cancellationed or changed within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date are fully forfeited.
