1. CONTRACT FOR GROUP- Sign & Return. ________________
2. ROOMING LIST- All guests in the same room are to be noted. Each single occupant also should be listed as such. Indicate each person's arrival and departure date. ________________
3. MASTER ACCOUNT- Specify all individuals to be covered on the master account. List type of charges you wish to include in the account for these individuals such as phone, restaurant and miscellaneous. Please list all persons authorized to assign additional changes to the Master Account such as food and beverages, gift shop and miscellaneous areas. ________________
4. MEETING-AUDIO VISUAL NEEDS- These requirements are requested 14 days in advance. ________________
5. AIRPORT, CAR RENTAL OR CAB- Due to the popularity of Myrtle Beach, secure reservations for car rental in advance. ________________
6. CUT OFF DATE- Please be aware of the date on your contract. ________________
7. EXHIBITORS- All special requests must be submitted prior to meeting. All shipments must be received no sooner than four days prior to event. Advance arrangements for shipping equipment and supplies should be made through the Director of Food & Beverage. ________________
8. FOOD & BEVERAGE- Menu selection should be submitted four weeks prior to meeting. The Food and Beverage Director will be pleased to assist you. All food consumed in public meeting rooms must be purchased from the Resort. ________________

Sea Mist Oceanfront Resort, Myrtle Beach's most unique meeting destination. With 800 units, the vast majority with private balconies, we can meet the needs of all your attendees. (All phones in the units have data ports.)
Sea Mist is only 3 miles from the Myrtle Beach International Airport and is easily accessible from U.S. 501 and Highway 17. The resort is centrally located close to all the theaters, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing and a multitude of dining and entertainment opportunities.
Our easy style planning belies the professionalism our staff can offer groups of 25-450 guests. Our free standing Convention Center offers 17,000 square feet of meeting space broken down into 9 meeting areas. Our Catering Staff will create menus to suit the most discriminating palate.

Our Golf Directors can arrange tee times at more than 100 championship courses and stay updated on all the specials the course in running. They can assist you in making your arrangements, or take the planning off your hands entirely.

Sea Mist Glossary (818 Units)
Oceanfront Bedroom: A one room unit with two double beds, refrigerator and microwave. This unit has a private balcony facing the ocean.
Oceanfront Studio: A one-room unit with two double beds and full kitchenette. This unit has a private balcony facing the ocean.
Oceanview Bedroom: A one-room unit, two double beds, refrigerator and microwave with a private sit-down balcony. This unit offers a northern or southern view of the ocean and is located in the Driftwood Building.
Oceanview Studio: A one-room unit. The room features two duble beds, a kitchenette and a private sit-down balcony. This unit offers a northern or southern view of the ocean and is located in the Driftwood Building.
Oceanview Bedroom in the Sandcastle Building: A one-room unit with two double beds, refrigerator and microwave. Private balcony provides a side view of the ocean. Higher floors offer better views than lower floors. Trees, buildings, shrubs, etc. will obstruct view from lower floors.
Oceanview Studios in the Sandcastle Building: A one-room unit with two double beds and full kitchenette. Private balcony provides a side view of the ocean. Higher floors offer better views than lower floors. Trees, buildings, shrubs, etc. will obstruct view from lower floors.
Oceanside Studios: A one-room unit with two double beds and full kitchenette. Common porch runs the length of this building. This unit is located on the East Side (ocean side) of Ocean Boulevard, but does not offer a view of the ocean from inside the unit.
Conference Side Family Suite: A two-room unit. One room is a bedroom with two double beds. The second room is a combination kitchenette/parlor with a pull down double wall bed. This unit is located across the street from the ocean. It is adjacent to our Lazy River Water Park. Very good location for families with small children as the Water Park, Castle in the Mist, Misty Falls Miniature Golf Course and Arcade are surrounding this building. The Sea Mist Resort has an underground walkway to safely cross Ocean Boulevard to go to the beach.

Conference Center Guidelines & Additional Services
Pricing: All listed menu prices are base prices. Any changes &/or substitutions must be approved by the Food & Beverage Manager and pricing will be adjusted accordingly. 20% gratuity and prevailing state and local taxes will be added.
Food: The Sea Mist Resort must provide all food and beverages. Only wedding and birthday cakes can be purchased off premise.
Buffet Service Policy: Sea Mist Resort requires a 30-person guarantee for buffets. Buffets are well appointed, but are not 'all you can eat'. They are prepared according to attendance. We must decline any type of carry out containers.
Plated Service Policy: There will be a maximum of 3 selections if a choice menu is desired. Numbers per selection must be given a minimum of 72 hours prior to the event.
Security: For certain functions Sea Mist Resort will require that adequate chaperone &/or additional security be provided. If outside security is required rates will be applied accordingly.
Dance Floor Policy: Dancing on carpet is prohibited. Any event that has a DJ or band is required to have a dance floor. Rental rate will be applied.
Additional Services: Audio/visual equipment is available for rent. Please see a representative for the complete list. Also, upgraded centerpieces and decorative options are available for an additional charge.
Additional Charges: Bartender- Our bartenders are based on one for each 75 guests. The cost is a minimum of 3 hours at $30 and $10 for each additional hour per bartender. Carvers- Flat $50 fee per carver.

Conference Center Space Chart

Your group meeting can take place in a 14 1/2 acre semi-tropical setting right in the heart of Myrtle Beach, America's exciting oceanfront playground. From the Magnolia Ballroom to the more personal and private meeting rooms, Sea Mist now offers more than 17,000 square feet of function space, supported by full, in-house banquet facilities and services.
The Exhibit Hall can accommodate at least 56 8'x10' exhibit booths and offers a drive-in unloading ramp in the rear of the center. The Exhibit Hall can also be used for group meals and meetings, as it is completely decorated. (There are no dividing walls in the hall.) Large conventions often are assigned the entire Convention Center for their use. The Sea Mist is very flexible in accommodating your group needs.
