Sea Mist does not charge you resort fees. There are no hidden charges. All rates are available first come, first serve basis and are subject to applicable taxes. Fridays through Saturdays may be slightly higher during certain periods. Some restrictions may apply. These rates are not valid towards pre-existing reservations.

• A Water Park Side unit is a room located across the street from the ocean. Just as the name implies, the largest resort Water Park is on that side of the street too.
• An Ocean Side units is a room located on the ocean side of the street but has no view of the ocean.
• An Ocean View unit is a room with either a northern or southern view of the ocean in either. These units are located in The Sandcastle Building at Sea Mist.
• Oceanfront units are directly facing the ocean. These oceanfront units are in the Sandcastle Building at Sea Mist.
