2013 - 2014

All other buildings at Sea Mist are available October 2013 through April 2014 and are located across the street from the ocean, or on the ocean side but without a view of the ocean. There are a select number of buildings that do allow pets, and some that do not. Please call for further information.

 Pet Friendly Option:

Sea Mist Monthly & 2-week vacation rentals for these buildings are available October 2013 through April 2014.  Please call for your March and April rates.  Monthly rates begin at $725 and vary by month and room type. Please call the Sea Mist reservations department at 1.800.793.6507 Fees: Guests will be responsible for a departure-cleaning of $35.   Services: The Monthly rate includes weekly maid service. This will consist of cleaning of the bathroom, vaccuming and changing of the linen. Linens include sheets, pillows, pillowcases, mattress pads, towels, washcloths, dish towels, and dish cloths. exchange of towels and sheets, but does not include other housekeeping. Kitchen items include stove, refrigerator, microwave, pots, pans, cups, saucers, bowls, glasses, utensils, mixing bowls, coffee pot. Some items not furnished include soap, tissue, toilet paper, and small electric appliances. Housekeeping service is available to Extended Stay guests upon request for $15 per day.    Deposit: A deposit of $100 is required when making a monthly reservation.
