The Tides and The Driftwood at Sea Mist Monthly / Extended Stay rentals are available September 2009 through May 2010. Monthly rates begin at $600 and vary by month and room type. Please call the Sea Mist reservations department at 1.800.793.6507 for more specific rates and availability. Fees: Guests will be responsible for a departure-cleaning of $35. Services: Rates include weekly exchange of towels and sheets, but does not include other housekeeping. Housekeeping service is available upon request for $15 per day. Deposit: A deposit of $100 is required when making a reservation.
All other buildings at Sea Mist are available October through March and are located across the street from the ocean , or on the ocean side but without a view of the ocean and oceanfront. There are a select number of buildings that do allow pets, and some that do not. Please call for further information. Please call for monthly rates in many other available room types from Oceanfront and Ocean Side Studios, to larger family suites, townhouses, and bungalows.

Please call the Sea Mist reservations department at 1.800.793.6507 Fees: Guests will be responsible for a departure-cleaning of $35. Services: The Monthly rate includes weekly maid service. This will consist of cleaning of the bathroom, vacuuming and changing of the linen. Linens include sheets, pillows, pillowcases, mattress pads, towels, washcloths, dish towels, and dish cloths. exchange of towels and sheets, but does not include other housekeeping. Kitchen items include stove, refrigerator, microwave, pots, pans, cups, saucers, bowls, glasses, utensils, mixing bowls, coffee pot. Some items not furnished include soap, tissue, toilet paper, and small electric appliances. Housekeeping service is available to Extended Stay guests upon request for $15 per day. Deposit: A deposit of $100 is required when making a monthly reservation.
