Rate is per person based on two adults in a one-room unit with two double beds located across the street from the ocean. Some restrictions may apply. Must be 21 years old or over. Upgrade to Ocean View or Oceanfront is available for a slight up-charge. New Years package deposit is non-refundable once reserved.  All rates are subject to change without notice based on market conditions.

NEW YEAR’S EVE BASH at RIPLEY'S AQUARIUM.  
This New Year’s Eve, the kids have something just for them! Drop the little ones (ages 6 - 12)  off at Ripley’s Aquarium for a jam-packed night of fun and games. The special event is an overnight party from 8:00pm on December 31st to 8:00am January 1st. Karaoke, pizza, music, crafts and more will entertain them for hours until the balloon drop at midnight! Then they get to sleep amongst the serene sea creatures.
