APPETIZERS

• Chef's Choice Soup of the Day
• Prepared fresh daily and served with a dinner roll
• Chicken and Cheese Quesadillas
• Grilled chicken and cheese in a flour tortilla, served with guacamole, salsa and sour cream
• Spinach and Artichoke Dip - Delicious combination of spinach, artichoke hearts, pepper jack cheese, onions and tomatoes served hot with warm tortilla chips 
• Buffalo Wings - Half dozen wings served hot with your choice of HEAT or SWEET! Mild, Hot, Fire, Teriyaki or Thai Sweet and Spiced.    

SALADS

All salads served with a dinner roll

• House Dinner Salad or House Side Salad - Mixed greens topped with grape tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, chopped bacon and served with our house dressing
• Caesar Salad - Made with crisp romaine lettuce, caesar dressing, parmesan cheese and garlic croutons. Add Chicken or Shrimp for an additional charge.
• Three Steps Down Salad - Grilled chicken breast served over mixed greens, grape tomatoes, cucumbers and chopped bacon
• Salad dressings include homemade Ranch, Blue Cheese Vinaigrette and Raspberry Vinaigrette

SANDWICHES & BURGERS

All served with fries or chips and a pickle spear

• Hawaiian Chicken Sandwich - Grilled chicken breast lightly glazed with Teriyaki and topped with a grilled pineapple ring
• Blackened Sandwich - Blackened chicken topped with your choice of american, pepper jack or provolone cheese wth your choice of side. Choose Chicken or Mahi Mahi
• French Dip Sandwich - Angus prime rib, caramelized onions, a hint of Merlot then capped with provolone cheese served with a side of au-jus
• Classic Three Steps Burger - Half-pound burger served with american cheese and bacon
• Mushroom Provolone Chicken or Burger - Grilled chicken breast or half-pound burger topped with sauteed mushrooms and provolone cheese All Burgers are cooked to the temperature of medium well or well-done.

ENTREES

All entrees are served with house salad, a dinner roll and your choice of the following:
baked potato, sauteed vegetables, rice pilaf or roasted garlic-mashed potatoes

• Grilled Ribeye Steak - 10-ounce aged Angus ribeye steak seasoned and grilled to perfection
• Grilled New York Steak - 10-ounce New York Steak seasoned and grilled to perfection
• Baby Back Ribs - Marinated, rubbed and slow roasted overnight, basted with our home made BBQ sauce. Half rack or full rack available.
• Chicken Marsala - Grilled chicken breast with mushrooms and onions in a Marsala wine sauce
• Fresh Catch of the Day: Market Price
• Seafood Platter - Crispy fried flounder, shrimp and scallops served with tarter and cocktail sauce
• Pasta Primavera - Sauteed fettuccini and seasonal vegetables with your choice of alfredo, marinara or garlic butter sauce. Enjoy vegetable, chicken, shrimp or seafood.      

COCKTAILS & SUMMER CHILLERS

Including house specialties and a variety of refreshing chillers, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, domestic and imported beers, wine, liquor and liquers.
