Happy Hauntings in Myrtle Beach!

Adult Fun:
October 27 at 9:00AM - Broadway at the Beach welcomes back The Grand Strand Humane Society's annual Walk for the Animals. This fun-filled day kicks off around 9:00AM with registration, and will feature pet contests, games, vendors, food and much more! All proceeds from the walk benefit the Grand Strand Humane Society. October 27 at 7:30PM - Broadway at the Beach is home to several Halloween events this year with something for visitors of all ages. Check out the adult fun at Celebrity Square of Terror which features rows of bars and a Halloween party that spills out into the courtyard. This event attracts thousands of revelers decked out in their best costumes while competing for the $2,500 grand prize! Even if you choose not to dress up for the event, it's the perfect place to people watch, or in this case, monster watch. Hard Rock Cafe hosts a Halloween Pre-Party on the patio at 7:00PM.
October 31 at 9:00PM - But Broadway at the Beach isn't the only place in town that gets into the Halloween spirit. The Boathouse, located on the Intracoastal Waterway near Highway 501, holds an annual Halloween bash that rivals the big outdoor party at Broadway, and the costumes are known for being more original and a bit more on the risqué side. This year's event will feature a KISS tribute band. Prizes will be awarded for best, sexiest and most original costumes!
October 31 from 7:00-10:30PM - The Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk hosts an adult costume contest where the winner of the contest will take home a cash prize of $1,500! Second place wins $750; third place $350; and fourth place $175.
October 26 at 9:00PM - Get your groove on at Voodoo: A Halloween Party on the Deck at the House of Blues in North Myrtle Beach! The costume party features voodoo dancers, live music from Death of Paris, contests, drink specials and more. Admission is $5 in advance or $10 at the door.

Sparkles, the ultra-cute spot for girls, is hosting Sparkles Fright Night Halloween Bash. This FREE event includes fun and games, contests, dancing and more! Space is limited so call 843.445.7827 for details.
October 31 from 4:30-6:30PM - Bring your crew out to the annual Broadway at the Beach Trick-or-Treat. Participating merchants will hand out goodies throughout the shopping and entertainment complex, and FREE trick-or-treat bags are available in the Visitors Center while supplies last!
October 31 from 6:00-7:00PM - Enjoy Halloween fun in Market Common where your kids can trick-or-treat at participating stores around Market Common or do the Monster Mash in front of Grand 14 Cinema! Don't forget to grab some dinner at one of the great restaurants while you're there.
October 26 from 5:00-7:00PM - Check out the Children's Museum of South Carolina's Wee Ones Boo Bash and enjoy special science demos with dry ice and exploding ooze! Explore the museum for a reduced price of $3 if you wear a costume or admission is $8 without a costume.
October 31 from 5:00-6:00PM - Bring your kids down to the Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk for the annual children's costume parade and contest, which includes trick-or-treating. Prizes will be awarded for the scariest, funniest and most creative costumes!
October 27 from 6:00-9:30PM - Visit Huntington Beach State Park for Huntington's Haunted Halloween. The Atalaya Castle will be the setting for some fearful family fun. There will be two haunted house attractions, carnival games and more!
October 27 from 5:00-8:00PM - Kids can choose their own adventures with scare-free and scare zones at the annual Howl-O-Scream at McLean Park in North Myrtle Beach. Activities include costume, contests, pumpkin painting, marshmallow roasting, hayrides and trick-or-treating! In the event of a rainout, it will be rescheduled for that Sunday.
October 27 at 1:00PM - Barefoot Landing in North Myrtle Beach hosts kids' and pets Halloween costume contest. The event includes prizes, carousel rides, kids' karaoke, a petting zoo, face painting and more! Return on October 31 from 5:00-7:00PM for a safe evening of trick-or-treating and FREE carousel rides at the shopping complex!
October 31 All Day - Kids eat FREE in costume all day on Halloween at Hard Rock Cafe so bring your ghouls and goblins out for a bite before the candy frenzy begins!

open at 6:00PM - Nightmare Haunted House is located at 10th Avenue North on Ocean Boulevard. This haunted house attraction has over 3000 sq. ft of TERROR! Enter your worst nightmare as you succumb to the darkest, creepiest, most hair-raising haunted attraction in Myrtle Beach! Tickets are $10 for adults and kids 12 and under are $7. Or you can experience the Séance, Psycho kinesis, Clairvoyance, and the powers of Telepathy in The Paranormal Show with Paranormalist, Nobody Jones! Tickets are $12.
October 25-31 from 12:00PM-Until - Ripley's Haunted Adventure has a special Oldtime Hollywood Horror for this Halloween season. It is a multi-million dollar haunted house featuring live actors, animatronics and bone chilling special effects with all your favorite Hollywood ghouls! Adults tickets are $13.99 and children 6-11 are $7.99 (under 6 not admitted).
October 27-31, doors open at 7:00PM - If you really want to get your heart pumping, head into downtown Conway for its annual Terror Under the Bridge. Set in an old abandoned warehouse, this creepy landmark is known by some to actually be haunted! Each year they offer new props, actors and brand new layouts of the warehouse itself. Tickets are $10, and the warehouse is located just off 2nd Avenue in downtown Conway, South Carolina.
Theater Shows & Tours:
Everyday from 10:00AM-Until - Ghosts and Legends offers many chilling activities that are fun for the whole family. You can enjoy the beautifully haunting Ghosts and Legends Show performed by the ghost themselves! Then prepare to embark on an 1.5hr evening Ghost Walk to visit the rarely seen areas of Barefoot Landing, historic sites and hear over a dozen spooky tales from local southern lore! Or try the Psychic Walk as renowned master fortune teller leads guests through demonstrations of palm readings, astrology, predictions and more! Finally, end the evening gathered with friends for the Blackbeard Seance. This exclusive theatrical recreation of an 1850's seance is limited to 10 guests only and requires advanced reservations.
October 26 at 8:00PM & Oct 27 at 7:30PM - More in the mood for a giggle than a fright? Check out Carolina Improv Company's "Whose Haunting Is It Anyway?" showing at 8:00pm on Oct 26 for families and 7:30pm on Oct 27 for adults 18+. This Halloween-themed comedy will put the cast to work with audience suggestions about all things Halloween. Wear your costume to the show and get a FREE ticket to a future show! Tickets are $12-14.
