A ten-room house with spacious front, and back yard with picnic table and outdoor grills. The Waterpark Side Guest House is located two short blocks from the ocean. It has four bathrooms and six bedrooms - one with a king bed, two with one double bed, one with two double beds, one with one double bed and one twin bed, and one with a set of bunk beds. The remaining rooms are a living room, dining room, full kitchen and a screened porch overlooking the back yard. The Guest House is equipped with a full-sized dishwasher, washer, and a dryer. Located on the west side of Ocean Boulevard with no view of the ocean. All Sea Mist accommodations are non-smoking. Sleeps up to 16 people. This property is pet friendly.  A Cleaning Fee of $150 will be added to all units 3 Bedrooms or larger. Rental Houses require a $250 Cleaning Deposit and $150 Cleaning Fee, deposit is refundable upon completion of the House Rules. Minimum check-in age is 25. Click here to view the House Rules.
